Step 1. Make Sure your Airtel ZTE MF70 4G WIFI device working Properly with Your Default Networtk Sim 

Step 2. Remove back side cover , 

Step 3. Now Remove Your SIM card And Put Other Network Operator SIM Inside in Your Airtel ZTE MF70 4G WIFI Device ( example use idea or docomo vodafone like that - dont insert airtel )

7.Now u Need to Do  like This image 

Press F12 

u need to change the None to replays  Yes 

8.After replaced Hit Enter ! 

Step 9. Now Enter Your unlock code and click okay ! ,
